To do so, knowing the truth is something essential, as well as preserving the memory of the victims and their rights. In the Symbolic Court against Franco’s era we pretend to provide evidence on the cases of forced disappearances, people tortured, executed and retaliated. Taking this evidence as baseline, we will create a condemnatory legal verdict which will be based on right fundamentals and which will be published afterwards.

This project will be managed by 4 well known international judges: Carlos Jiménez Villarejo, Juan Guzmán, Hugo Cañón y José Antonio Martín Pallín and it will be held during the month of April 2009 coinciding with the 70th Anniversary of the end of the war.
